ASCE 7-02 (Wind load) 1

The ASCE 7-02 SECTION 6.5.8.2 Flexibile or dynamically sensitive structures equation 6-9 uses a term gr. The equation states that gr = the square root of 2 In (3600 n1).

Does anyone know what "In" means? This is the first time I have read this code.
