ASHRAE Application for Bakery?

Hi, good day! I just want to ask if there is any application of ASHRAE for bakery or ventilation system for bread making factories?
It includes cold room,2 ovens, and other typical machines for bread making production.

It is more of an industrial setting, and typically the owners already have really exact conditions they are looking for. I would consult with your owner on the conditions they want to maintain in the factory, and then proceed with good design (removing excess heat, moisture and providing ventilation).
