ASHRAE infiltration method

Anyone have an updated method of calculating infiltration based on Ashrae studies?
I have posted a similar thread in the HVAC forum.
I am revising my infiltration calcs for a metal building complete with dock doors and louvers. I have been using 25cfm/lf for crack infiltration per dock door and 1cfm/sf for louvers.
Anyone use different numbers or could recommend a guide of some sort?
