ASHRAE weather data for specific time

hi engineers

i do have the account for ASHRAE weather data.
However i would like to know the frequency of occurence for different range of temperature (DB and WB) from certain time only (eg. from 8am to 7pm).

Eg. like 20% - it is hottest at 38 deg C.
50% is medium at 32 deg C,
etc..

I wish to see this data for some ROI calculation.

I believe this data is available for over 24 hours instead of specific time range.
or i can only check with ASHRAE on this?

Typical Meteorological Year (TMY) data might be what you need.
