Dear,
We have built and performed the hydraulic test to a washing tank. It is ready to go into operation.
The customer changes the conditions and the need arises to install insulation for heat conservation.
I understand that the correct thing is to remove it from the tank, place the corresponding clips, re-do the HT, place the insulation and release the tank again.
Could you tell me if my consideration is correct and if there is another procedure that can be applied?
Thank you very much for the information that you can send me about it.
Regards,

ernesto1962, you need to provide some basic design information so that someone may understand your question. Information like the tank construction code, material of construction, tank capacity, insulation thickness, etc. would be helpful.
