ASME B16.47 vs. MSS SP-44

What is the major difference between ASME B16.47 series A vs. MSS SP-44. I see both standards have the same design criteria, but MSS SP-44 has a pressure derating at higher room temperature of 250F?

What Standard is mostly followed out in the industry?
