Where can i get a copy of the above standards for free or at least be able to read on-line?

I do not think you will get a reply on this forum advising where you can get these standards free as it is against the policies of Eng-Tips. If you do not want to purchase the standards as most Companies do then revert to your nearest Library whom should be able to borrow them for you to view.

Remember Advice generally comes for free but anything else you have to pay for.
