ASME B31-3 Interpretation 2-27 1

I had to approve piping according to PED cat. III, and I'm using ASME B31-3. Notified body asks to take into account the corrosion tolerance according to Interpretation 2-27.
I don't have all interpretation and I'm looking for someone who can help. How much are those tolerances ?

I have 2-27 of B31.3 but it is about calculation an extruded branch connection. Nothing about corrosion or tolerances in it.

Perhaps the NoBo asks to deduce the mill tolerance when calculating the areas. (As it's writing he speak obout "corrosion tolerance").
