ASME B31.3 table 304.1.1 Y for Low Aolloy

dear all,
with reference to ASME B31.3 Table 304.1.1 Values of Coefficient Y Low Alloy Material Like A335-P11 or A691 1.25Cr or A234-WP11 which is the group to take as reference for thickness calculation ? "Ferritic Steel" or "Other ductile metals" ?

Chrome-moly steel (Gr 11/P11/WP11) is ferritic.

I once did this assessment for all materials in B31.3 table A. From my notes I found the following regarding this determination;
determination of category done using information from B31.3 appendix A (see footnotes to each table) and B31.1 table 104.2.1(A).
