Hi guys!
I have a one question regarding ASME Sec.IX Table QW-461.9

Let me say, a guy passed a welder test under the following condition.
- Coupon: Plate
- Weld Joint: Groove(Butt) weld
- Position: 3G
Than, I understand that this guy would be qualified as follows
- For groove weld, Plate & Pipe over 24 inch.: F, V and Pipes between 2 7/8 to 24 inch.: F
- For fillet weld, Plate & Pipe: F, H, V

Here is my question...
For pipe fillet weld, I couldn't find the range of pipe diameter in the table..
Is there anybody who can explain me the minimum diameter of pipe that the welder can make a fillet weld by F, H, and V position?
Is the guy needed to take additional welder test with a pipe coupon to get qualified for the pipe fillet weld?
Hoping for your professional help!
Thanks in advance!
