ASME certification/Membership

Some employer asks form ASME certificates for engineers. I understand there is a certificate for each aspect e.g. piping, vessel inspection, etc,
Is there general ASME certificate??? membership maybe
my main concern is the certificate for trainer and instructors

General membership in ASME isn't any kind of certification.
Otherwise, I think you'd have to look at one issue/category at a time and see what was available.
