ASME Code cases - where can I find copies? 1

I have been asked to get hold of a copy of Code Case 2244-2.

The ASME website does not seem to have it for sale, and having done a reasonably extensive google-search, I can't find anywhere to download it from.

I am happy to pay for a copy if somebody can point me in the right direction.
