Answer to r4lph ASME and D1.1 forms

I have found that the best form over the past 20 plus years are the Lincoln Arc Works format. It follows both the ASME and AWS D1.1 code book requirements in a very orderly fashion. There is also a section for providing much needed notes for specility welding. I have not found any way to convert this to a word format. I can send you a pdf example.

ncoln ARC Works is a database application that was marketed by Linlon Electric . Information about their product can be viewed at

. Someone had told me that there technical support was stopped but according to the website it is free for 90 days.

I did confirm with Lincoln that the ARC WORKS line of software has been discontinued by Lincoln.
