asme code reqs for production

I have a welder qualified to weld full penn groove welds in the 1G position. For my range qualified (elec characteristics) to use in production do I reference the +/-15% as stated in QW409.5?

No need to do so on the Welder Performance Qualification Record and I would advise against doing so.
