Does anyone know of a list I can use to check equivalent materials between ASME and EN standards? I.e. what is the equivalent EN material for SA-240 304L?

Yes. ASME Section II, Part D. Here you will find approved use of EN material for boiler and pressure vessel applications. This is the only source I would use.
