hi,
Is ASME sec I allow patching at bigger hole to make it smaller as per diameter of down comer od?I.e We made offset hole on drum and now we have to move down comer appx. 1", so can we patch that 1" offset howl with the same matl. and thkness of pipe?
Also can we do PWHT again on the area where PWHT already done?
I need guidence ASAP.pls..

I would ask you to submit a suitable repair procedure that is supported by your QC System.

how big a hole?
you may not even need to PWHT again, check for pWHT requirements and your AI,
