ASME SEC VIII Div I Mass production

Does anyone have any experience, developing a Quality Program for mass produced vessel following UG-90(c)(2) and Appendix 35? The company I work for is going to update one of it's production lines and I'm looking resources or training courses to help us transition smoothly into this new phase.

We build LPG storage and dispensing pressure vessel Section VIII Div 1 UCS.

Have you asked your Authorized Inspection Agency for help? They should be able to help you out.

I agree to ask for help from your AIA, When I worked for an AIA I had a customer that had 4 UG-90(c)(2) shops. When I was a ASME team leader I did several Joint reviews in UG-90(c)(2) shops.

Our AIA say's they have no experience with mass production shops, they are doing what they can to help find answers, but so far haven't been able to help. It's up to us to find out what needs to be done and present it to them it would seem... A Clark do you know of any "XYZ" sample manuals or any other clear outline that can be used.
