Does ASME Section 1 comment/require/consider corrosion allowance for calculating wall thicknesses?

Refer to the equations per PG-27.2.2 and PG-27.2.4 Note 3. "The values of C below do not include any allowance for corrosion and/or erosion, and additional thickness should be provided where they are expected."
