ASME Section I factor F for openings in shells.

Can anybody explain me what is the angle referred in Fig. PG-33.3? I'm having trouble computing this factor F for a radial nozzle in a cylindrical shell.

I believe it is the angle from the longitudinal axis to where the center line of your nozzle penetrates the shell. Just for a reference, UG-37 gives a better example.
 
Doing a search of this site for "F factor" returns several threads such as:
