where can i find this code? i need to have a look at AD-610 (Figure AD-610.1)

What's the context of your request? Section VIII, Division 2 was completely rewritten in the 2007 Edition, so your section and figure reference is at least 12 years out of date.

The best place to get the code would from the ASME store.

The old Figure AD-610.1 is now Table 4.2.10. Both are titled "Some acceptable full penetration welded nozzle attachments not readily radiographable".
