Asme stamp for Hrsg's visual report

Dear sir,

When I prepare weld visual report for hrsg, I am writing only P11,P22, or P91 on the material type box at the visual report only for alloy steel pipes. I know only one material named of P11,P22 or P91 type. When we search P11,P22 or P91 at asme,we will see different composition smls pipe, in that case is it necessary mention SA number (SA335) before the P11,P22,P91 at the visual report, material box ? Wihout SA number of reports for HRSG cause a problem while taking ASME stamp by AI.
