Someone can guide me how to interpret and calculate the conversion of 10ºF to Celsius based on the context of ASME-I (A-393)?

The value of 10ºF is in the context of a rate of cooling (temperature difference) per minute from the normalizing temperature down to 1100°F.

There are 1.8 degrees F per degree C. Since you are dealing only with a temperature rate you don't have to worry about the fact that the scales have differing zero points.
