ASME U-4 scope

I was reviewing a potential supplier and found theyre ASME stamp certified. Upon going through ASME's stamp holder database, I found theyre certified for scope U-4. What does U-4 mean? never heard of it before and the interwebs werent of any help.

Your quote is what I found as well on the ASME site. The link you provided now gives me better understanding. I knew the 'old' U-1, U-2 and U-3 stamps were redesignated, to not cover the scope of various divisions. However, does U-4 cover the scope of div 2 and/or div 3, or solely div 1?
