My leader would like me to assess the benefit and resources required to obtain a U stamp for our shop. We were successful last year with the R stamp process from NBIC so he feels this is the next step we wish to take. When I put the NBIC stuff together I found a sample manual somewhere out here that made it quite simple. I am wondering if anyone knows where I might find something along the same lines for the U stamp. Thank you all in advance as I knew I could turn here for help.

Sect VIII -1 shows/ outlines all the requirements for the qcm.
you have to tailor it to your desired work/Code Work.
Many shops paid dearly for it manual and I do not think you can get one free.
what about asking your inspector, he/she sees a qcm every day.
