ASME VIII Div 2 : Class 1 and Class 2

Dear Sir,

Referring to previous post / discussion regarding Class 1 and Class 2 Pressure Vessel, there were more about the requirement / what need to be done if the Vessel is Class 1 or Class 2. Basically, i`m still confuse of how defining or categorizing whether this div 2 Vessel is within Class 1 or Class 2. Fluid Service or Pressure limitation ??...please kindly advice for this subject.

This is a choice that the Owner/User should make, as they will be deciding whether or not to invoke the additional requirements of Class 2. If I were you, I would state that, in the absence of any direction, all Division 2 vessel will be Class 1.
