ASME VIII Div2 formula incorrect. 1

hello all,

Does anyone know where you can submit errors in the code? I found an error in the saddle calculation that has been in the code since 2010.
I found this a few years ago but did not have a clue where to report it. Recently i have been testing a few commercial software and noticed that they don't follow the code.

the issue very short: in 2010 ASME copied the saddle calculation from CODAP, with doing this they changed 0.5*(inside shell diameter) to Ri but this is the sperical radius of the head. therefore stresses are about 3.5 times to high.
