Good morning,

I have a project for a refinery plant, and I must to design a precondenser, downstream the column, our customer give the gas inlet :

Naphta : 18 Kg/h Molecular weight :111
Kerosene: 266 Kg/h Molecular weight :155
Diesel: 1116 Kg/h Molecular weight :235
Steam: 153 Kg/h Molecular weight :18
Air: 125 Kg/h Molecular weight :29
Non condensable gas :18 Kg/h Molecular weight :50

API gravity : 39.4 for condensable gas (diesel, naphta, kerosen)
TBP deg °C at 760mmhg
0% : 136°C
10% : 197°C
30% : 220°C
50% : 237°C
70% : 253°C
90% : 282°C
100% : 331°C

Condenser pressure : 67.5mmhg
T° gas inlet 139°C

My problem is : In Aspen there is no data for diesel , naphta, kerosen.

Can you help me to solve this matter.

thanks for your help

Regards

Diesel, naptha and kerosene are mixtures not pure components. You add the pure components in hysys.
