Asphalt Tank resting on Concrete Thermal stress Calculation

I am checking a Asphalt Tank with Temperature at 280F resting directly on 6" slab with reinforcement at top with a cover of 2". How can I calculate thermal stresses or crack widths? ACI code drew a balnk.
