New to assemblies, wondering if constraints is what I'm looking for. So I have a part we've designed inside a rigid shell the same shape, just a little bigger. I want to split the inner part(the insert) in a way I'm sure I could get it out without destroying the outer shell. So after the shell is created, I need to be able to take apart the insert (in as many places as necessary) to be able to get out of the shell. What's the best way (after splitting the insert) to say try to move and transpose the insert out of there where it will detect that I'm hitting the shell wall and stop it from moving further? Thanks for any input!
