ASSEMBLY CONSTRAINT CORRECT METHOD 1

Dear all,
i am new to nx 9.
i have doubt about assembly.how assemble butterfly valve.
i am facing problem.when i applied following constraints.
butterfly valve body-fixed
butterfly valve body and shaft-align center lines of two parts
touch constraints b/w shaft face and inner face of recess on body of butterfly.
align-b/n shaft and retainer.
upto this it is ok.
but when i apply align const.b/n centreline of hole in the body of valve and retainerplate hole.constraints are turning into red.
some error coming.
how to solve this .

Distance between holes on both parts is not the same.
Some dimensions are wrong.

Maybe try using the datums to prevent rotation.
Then check the PCD as Ivan suggested.

Just an idea...
Regardless of the PCD, the first constraint should have applied correctly. If the issue appears when the second constraint is added, it may just need to be reversed. If it is the PCD, then that issue must be corrected before constraining.
