assembly cut threaded holes?

In there it describes the use of an assembly cut.
Is there, however, a way to add actual threaded holes? It seems like after I've performed an assembly cut I can do with the part as I please, but I find no way to reach that state without doing one.
Any hints?

I think there is a "catch 22" situation in this.
To do an Assembly cut you need 1 or more component to cut, and a tool body .( -Which can be a component).

If one desires to do this cut using the "newer type of Hole feature" it is (1) "difficult" to place the hole/Sketch and (2) a threaded hole cannot be created as a "Positive solid", it has to use the subtract option.

Which means that the component to place the hole on "must" be "promoted" before the hole, and since we by then only have one of the two needed bodies, we can't use the assembly cut.

So, instead of Assembly cut, I would recommend to first "Promote" * the body/bodies to cut/drill.
Then use the regular hole feature.

* One can either use the Promote or Wave link the Body, the benefit/ limitation of the Promotion feature is that it will immediately and permanently hide the original body from the component, but It can only Promote upwards in the assembly tree.
Wave links can as known link in any direction but needs "some management" to hide the original body from the component.
The odd thing about Promotion features is that it is disabled in the customer defaults by default. ( When Assembly cuts and Wave linking are not.)
