Assembly load option journal

Hi

I have a journal that do some assembly reporting.
I tried using AS SAVED and FROM FOLDER.

Note: The assembly is any user Assembly. So I haven't control
of knowing if some parts are moved.

My question is there some load combination that
will always succeeded to load the Assembly.
