Assembly out of position

I am having an issue with an assembly created in relation to a datum model which is the first part added into the assembly and yet when the assembly is then inserted into another assembly also with the same datum part the two product is not lining up in X. The other parts which go into the assembly are all based on other axis systems.

Have rebuilt the product from scratch but to no avail, does anyone have any suggestions?
