I have an Assembly Part Family that I am trying to update on the member on and I am getting the following error:
Failed to update family member XXXXXXX (this is the part number)
Part failed to save - error handling failed
I have had this in the part and our help desk said to roll a new rev in Teamcenter and then update. Yes this works, but every time I need to update I have to create a new rev and the revs are adding up. Yes revs are free, but it seems like a lot of wasted time to do this when I should be able to just going into the part family and do the update.
Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you fix this?
