assembly rotates

I have an assembly that requires components that have an angle constraint. When I add the angle constraint it rotates the assembly the same amount as the angle constraint is. How do I avoid this rotation?

That is basically how the angle constraint is supposed to work. It is usually used in conjunction with a line-to-line constraint. Just change the value in the angle constraint.
