Assembly sequence to arrangement

I had a question ( dream) / may I don't know:
can I put an assembly sequence (the end status) into an arrangement?

Yes, just set the Sequence to the desired frame, either by explicitly entering the desired frome number into 'The Current Frame' field or by single-stepping the Sequnece until you're where you wish to be, and then go to...

Tools -> Capture Arrangement...

...and assign a name to the new Arrangement.

Now after leaving the Sequence task, you can simply select the new Arrangement and you Assembly will move to match that saved Sequence position.

cool, thank you John,
is there a trick how to handle existing assembly constraint,
deactivating inside sequenzing works, my captured arrangement doeasn't work outside sequencing

'Disabling' the constraints from within the Sequencing task is simply an easy way to bypass them rather then having to somehow do it before entering Sequencing since you often want to move something to an otherwise unexpected position, such as those people who use Sequencing as a way of showing assembly and disassembly 'sequences' or to build a pseudo 'exploded view'. Obviously in these tasks your Assembly Constraints are of no value whatsoever so it's best to just 'disable' them inside of the Sequencing task, but this option ONLY applies there.

hmm,hmm
played a little bit around,thought about further discussed explosions, but no trace lines in sequencing, sequence views doesn't work on drawing sheet (nx8). What are the future plans with sequencing?

While there are still some limitations, this idea of using a combination of Sequencing and Arrangements to add a pseudo 'Expolded View' to a Drawing is working much better in NX 8.5 than in previous versions of NX.

And yes, there are no automatic 'trace lines' in Sequencing since, as I've implied, it's not considered an atualy 'Exploded View' tool, despite the fact that you can sort of fake it. As for the issue of 'Sequence Views' not working on a Master Model Drawing, yes, they have the same limitations as do 'Exploded Views' today (and this issue has NOT changed in NX 8.5).
