To see all the keys that are currently assigned. Go to your Tools\Customize\Keyboard. instead of printing it out, I copied the list and pasted it into Excel. Now you can find what Key is currently associated to the keys you listed above. If you want to change it you find the command in the search list, select shortcut box and press the key you want to assign.
Or, you might use the arrow keys as I've done for a long time. Reaching the CTRL key at the same time will turn each arrow key into panning. The SHIFT key with arrows will rotate at 90° increments. And regular arrow keys will rotate (default) by 15° increments.
I've also created links for number-pad keys to do certain things, such as Select, Convert Entities, Extend, Trim, Smart Dimension, Mirror, etc. All in the same locale, so I can keep my left hand grounded to the keyboard and handle most things that the mouse doesn't handle as efficiently.
