Assign material to all currently selected members

Is it possible to select a bunch of members in RISA - 3D and mass change their material?

It depends on what version you are running.

If you are running version 9.1 or above, then the Modify Properties dialog allows you to independently change member type, shape, design list, and material. In previous versions these were tied together so that you had to chang them all at once.
