From the nameplate photo, that may be either a single phase or three phase.
The terminals look as if they may be three phase.
A single phase, single voltage motor typically has four leads, not six.

Dear All,
Q. " ...how to wire up this ... motor (forward or reverse) .... could guide me by looking at the attached pictures.
A1. Based on:
a) the name of the manufacturer,
b) picture 1. There are 3 terminals (Z) ,(AZ), [A?]. Markings (K), (S), (T) are not in use,
c) picture 2. W[sub]o[/sub] 250 [W?] [Hp?],
Volts 200/220 ; Amps 3.1 ; Hz 50 ; Phase [1?],
d) wattage? or Hp? 250; Voltage 200/220; Amp 3.1; it is unlikely to be a 3-phase motor.
It could? be a [single-phase split-phase motor] with (internal centrifugal switch in series with the start winding); but [without any starting capacitor].
A2. I will answer [to Mr. Fergal Hatt] further detail on i) motor internal circuitry , ii) connection for a [fixed] forward or reverse direction of rotation, iii) wiring circuitry of an external F/R selection and on-off switches; in a separate mail to follow.

Wo? Watts output?
Single phase.
200 Volts x 3.1 Amps = 620 Watts
250W / 620 Watts = 40% efficiency
Three phase.
200 Volts x 3.1 Amps x root 3 = 23% efficiency.
Both numbers seem low even for a small motor,
Despite that either one may be correct.
Small motors are notorious for low efficiency and poor power factor.

1 Single phase.
200 Volts X 3.1 Amps X Pf(0.8?)* X Eff(0.5?)* = 248 W
1.1 Three phase.
200 Volts X 3.1 Amps X 1.732 X Pf(0.8?)* X Eff(0.5?)* = 429 W
Note * are assumed values
2. a) Name plate shows 250 W,
b) For a small 250W motor, it is unlikely to be wound in three-phase.
3. It is likely to be a single-phase motor.

A1. My sincere apology for the long delay due to the following reasons:
a) I emailed the manufacturer on two separate dates, but received no reply,
b) I did a "Google" and "Yahoo" search on Crompton Parkinson's Single-phase motor (wiring diagrams) but none that matches the wiring shown in your picture 1.
A2. Based on your Pic 1, showing 3 terminals (Z) ,(AZ), [A?]; each terminated with two different coloured conductors, while Markings (K), (S), (T) are not in use. I tried to figure it out. It is "likely" a single-phase split-phase motor with centrifugal switch , without starting capacitor. See attachment for wiring. Attention: This is my assumption. It is NOT published by the manufacturer, see above A1. b).
A3. Proposed power source connection:
Power supply source shall be connected to terminal A and AZ. Polarity is immaterial. Earthing wire (coloured yellow-green) shall be connected to the motor frame, without failed.
A4. Based on the assumed wiring, the motor is intended to operate a single [fixed direction of rotation]. The (direction of rotation) does NOT change when the [source conductors are inter-changed].

Mr. Fergal_Hatt , please check my (assumed wiring) against the [actual motor] you have in hand. Your kind feed-back whether it works or failed would be much appreciated. I will revise the circuitry to suit upon receipt of your actual observation on the actual motor. I am at your service at all times, Sir.

Totally agree with Waross's last post. Over and above what is required, very refreshing. That goes for all the regular posters here by the way. Super helpful forum.
