I am working on reverse engineering an internal spline. The major diameter is 44.56mm, the minor is 40.30, there are 38 teeth. I know it is a metric spline, but am having issues finding a stardard spline size that matches. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This could be a straight sided spline 40 x 44 per DIN 5481 except your dimension for the major dia. is 0.005" larger than called for by the standard and the minor dia is 0.012" too large. However the tolerance for the major dia. covers that deviation.
