Please, could anyone help me where to find the typical chemical composition of ASTM A-145 G.115-95? The standard requirements just specify P and S.

There appears to be a typographical error. It must read ASTM A 148 G 115-95. This standard only specifies mechanical properties and it is up to the foundry to select the chemistry. Each foundry has its own chemistry based on the section thickness, heat treatment facility etc.

Could you point out some foundries which you already worked?

Materials that we specify from this grade are typically governed first by mechanical properties before chemistry. If the material has to be welded, carbon equivalence is also an aspect that will influence the carbon and manganese as well as any alloying elements used to achieve the mechanicals.
