I research a supplier of forged bloc or bar diameter 400mm & 500 mm In a 182 F44 and F51 following the Statoil standards of stock 1 or 2 weeks (NORSOK APPROVAL) delivery !!!

What youre looking for is normally called by their trade names:

SAF2205 (grade F51) and
254SMO (grade F44)

I even think they invented these grades in the first place.
