ASTM A213 wall-thickness

So here's probably a dumb question. ASTM A213 covers "minimum-wall-thickness, seamless ferritic and austenitic steel .." tubing.
Does A213 requires no nor mentions anything on a mill undertolerance on the tubing wall thickness, like A269 or A249 does?
As far as I know it doesn't (given the bold quote), yet the spec doesnt state anything else on wall thickness (tolerance), which kinda left me clueless.

You need to look at referenced or ASTM material specifications listed within ASTM A 213. For your case, it would be ASTM A 1016, originally A 450 - General Requirements for Ferritic Alloy Steel, Austenitic Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel Tubes.

I only have A213-04 and A1016-04, from what I can see (table 2) there's no mill undertolerance, only overtolerance.

Correct. Tubing is ordered to either average or minimum thickness. There is no undertolerance for minimum wall thickness.

Unless specified as average wall tubing ordered to this spec is presumed to be min wall and therefore has no underside tolerance.
