WHAT A DIFFRENT BETWEEN THIS 2 SPEC (ASTM A240 & QQ-S-763) FOR THE ABOVE MATERIAL?

which is ASTM A240 for sheet, strip and plate
AMS-QQ-S-763 for bar, wire and forging
