Earle M. Jorgensen Company offers both materials. EMJ supplies hot-rolled bars of B16 up to 9.5" in diameter. Click on A193 using the following link:

ASTM A437 (not A493) Grade B4B uses the composition of UNS S42200 and is similarly available in bars up to 9.5" in diameter. Click on 422 using the following link:

Per my sales @ EMJ - They do not have 422 SS in that large of dia. And they don't stock the B16.
