ASTM A615 Rebar S1 Supplement

Hello all,

I am curious when the S1 supplement for ASTM A615 would be necessary. From what I can see, S1 allows for tighter bends in the bars and also requires some additional tension tests.

Looking through standard specs (Masterspec 03 20 00 and WBDG 03 30 00), it seems like this is not typically called out or required.
