Have there been any changes in the chemical or mechanical properties of portland cement from C150-04 until latest? Just wondering. Trying to compare a Russian Spec to ASTM
BigH....not any substantive changes. There is a push now to reduce some of the reference methods (autoclave expansion for instance), but changes between 2004 and now have been mostly editorial.
