ASTM E-288 calibration

The subject standard is referenced by a lab glassware company for the tolerances in manufacturing volumetric flasks. If someone has a copy handy, does the standard specify calibration "to contain" or "to deliver"? Presumably, the calibration is also traceable to NIST standards?

volumetrics are supposed to be marked TC or TD.
I am looking for a copy now.

Having worked in a wet chemistry for many years all volumetrics that I saw or used were marked as EdStainless states. TC or TD at a specific temperature.
It was very unusual in that this fact was never mentioned in two quarters of Quantitative Analysis.

Thanks Ed and Unclesyd. Did get confirmation from supplier that the particular flasks were "to contain". After I thought about it for a second, I realized I could calibrate my system either way (filling it up or emptying it out), so the flask calibration "direction" wasn't critical.

I Was hoping I could get the supplier to also provide a calibration traceability certificate, and after wrangling a bit they were able to do so (but I'm pretty sure the cert. will just state the flask was manufactured to the tolerances of the ASTM spec). Was hoping something in the spec. requires traceability to NIST standards (I don't know how else they'd do it?).

Thanks again. One of these days, I'll get down to the university and look up the spec., along with a few others, and answer a lot of burning questions...
