Hello all,

I am trying to find the stress-strain data for Cobalt-Chrome 28. I have found th ASTM standard

ASTM F75 - 07 Standard Specification for Cobalt-28 Chromium-6 Molybdenum Alloy Castings and Casting Alloy for Surgical Implants (UNS R30075).

My organisation does not currently have access to this ASTM standards, and I am prepared to purchase this standard, except I am unsure it contains stress-strain data for this material?

I have tried contacting ASTM teams, but phone and email but I am no further in finding out what I need.

Does anyone know the answer to this question or have access to this standard to let me know if this standard has the information I need.

Thanks.

The ASTM standard will not have an actual stress-strain curve. It may have requirements for minimum yield strenth, tensile strength, and elongation (I don't have the standard in front of me to confirm this). You should discuss this with a provider of Co-Cr materials.
