I'm looking for the corresponding ASTM spec for AISI 304 stainless steel (UNS S30400).

Yes, to need a product form. ASTM specs aren't alloy specific, each one covers a number of related grades, but they are product form specific.

The most common ASTM spec for plate, sheet, and strip is ASTM A240. The most common ASTM spec for bars and shapes is ASTM A276.

just a quick question, what does the AISI stand for in AISI 304 or other steels?

American Iron and Steel Institute, which used to maintain a register of carbon and stainless steels. They no longer do this, so the letters AISI should not be used anymore.
